ABOUT SHAYNE
Shayne joined the financial services industry fresh out from university with a passion to make a positive impact. His conviction and resolution allowed him to go against the odds to achieve the coveted Million Dollar Round Table for his first four consecutive years. He eventually established himself as a specialist working with Doctors, SAF officers and Managerial Executives. His belief that more lives could be impacted if he could groom more consultants with the right values and qualities led him to start building a team.

As one of the founding leaders of the organization, Shayne's keen eyes for identifying raw talents have allowed many “unpolished gems” to realize their potential through the holistic training and mentorship provided. Unlike many agencies within the industry which adopt a “mass hire and fire” recruitment model, Shayne believes in only attracting people with the right fit so that time and effort can be invested to bring out the best in them.

An avid basketball player, Shayne attributes his mantras in life of dedication and teamwork to his 20 years of experience in the team sport. “I was never really physically made for basketball. But what I lack in physical attributes, I made it up with hard work and a commitment to place the team before self. That won my team the medals!”
