ABOUT WEI HERNG
Wei Herng graduated with honors from NUS, and started his career with an established investment bank as an investment analyst. While he was paid really well for a fresh graduate and has "bright future" laid out in front of him, he felt a disconnect with his job. That was when he decided to take control of his career and life, and moved into a business that he can create a direct, positive impact in the lives of others.
As a sales & product specialist in the team, Wei herng is highly analytical. At the same time, he is able to explain difficult concepts with simplicity, using stories and analogies. Wei Herng also helms the training program for new consultants, EXO Academy, where he and a dedicated group of senior financial consultants create a dynamic and close-knitted learning environment for our new consultants to grow.
