ABOUT JESS
​Jess started her career in financial services in 2004, right after she graduated from Nanyang Technological University. Having been in the industry for so many years, she saw many aspirants join this career and left. She went through her own share of highs and lows in this career as well.
That is why since 2013, she devoted her time to the development of new consultants, and also to the creation of business systems that are actually useful to consultants. Her goal is to serve those who want to build a long term sustainable business in this industry and not just to earn a quick buck.
As a senior manager in one of the fastest growing team in the financial services, Jess takes pride in her team of consultants and the positive impact that they have created in the lives of others. Their commitment to act in the interests of clients and their pursuit of personal excellence, inspires Jess to ensure that such a high-performing, learning culture is maintained in the organization. As culture is shaped not by the words of the leader, but by the actions of every single member of the team, Jess is grateful to be able to work alongside with such a group of awesome human beings.

Outside of work, she faces the daily joys and pains as a mother of two pre-teen boys, who constantly challenge her mindset and boundaries. While she attempts to teach her kids what it means to live a full life, she realize that she learns a great deal more from them on what it means to be inquisitive, fearless and to have fun. And in the time she carves out for herself, she goes for yoga, hangs out with friends and pursues the truth about human potential and growth.

It is always much easier to get things done when people know that they are on the same side, instead of fighting against each other. And having open, honest conversations with teammates, marks the beginning of a high-performing, well-supported team.
