ABOUT JIAN MING
As a manager in one of the fastest growing teams in the financial services, Jian Ming devotes his time to deliver constant value to his Consultants on a daily basis. His keen eyes for identifying raw talents have allowed many “unpolished gems” to realize their potential through the holistic training and mentorship provided. Unlike many agencies within the industry which adopt a “mass hire and fire” recruitment model, Jian Ming believes in only attracting people with the right fit so that time and effort can be invested to bring out the best in them. He is also responsible for growing the next generation of leaders, our Practice Mentors.
Being a father of 2 beautiful children, Jian Ming finds joy in creating work-life integration. Juggling between work and family is rarely a challenge for him, with the support he has both at work and home. This allows him to take on new challenges every single day and achieve the growth that he needs to be the leader and the parent he aspires to be.
